Submission of Entries
The time period for submitting entries shall begin on or about July 1, 2005, when “Dining on Cape Cod” is available to the public. All receipts must be dated on or after July 1, 2005, and entries must be postmarked by March 31, 2006, and received at P.O. Box 744, Yarmouth Port, MA 02675, no later than April 15, 2006.
The drawing of winners’ names will be held no earlier than April 30, 2006, and no later than May 31, 2006.
One entry per household; must be 21 years of age or older to be eligible to win. No purchase necessary.

Retail value of prizes as follows
Grand Prize: Aruba 7 night All-Inclusive Stay for 2 – minimum value $3000.00. 2nd Prize (2): 3 day/2 night accommodations at Cape Cod lodging establishment(s) to be determined – minimum value $200; plus one dining gift certificate for two – value $75.00. 3rd Prize (3): Dinner for two at one of the restaurants listed in “Dining on Cape Cod” – value $50.00. The delivery of prizes will be within 30 days of drawing, but no later than June 30, 2006. All lodging prizes are subject to availability; some restrictions may apply. All prizes will be awarded. The odds of winning are determined by the number of entries; 150M entry forms available, one per book inserted into “Dining on Cape Cod”; also online at www.capecoddiningguide.com. The names of the winners will be available by writing to; Dining on Cape Cod, P.O. Box 744, Yarmouth Port, MA 02675; and will be posted on our website: www.capecoddiningguide.com.

Additional terms and conditions
1. All entries must be complete to be eligible.
2. Entrants need not be present to win.
3. Persons under 21 and persons affiliated with the seller, sponsor or marketing agent are ineligible to enter the contest and/or win any of the prizes.
4. No substitution of prizes will be offered or allowed and prizes may not be redeemed for cash or other consideration.
5. A winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and a receipt.
6. Any applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
7. The contest is void where prohibited by law.
